About Me
I’ve worked as a professional chef for more than 20 years. For 10+ of those years I've cooked for private clients following myriad special diets: gluten-free, dairy-free, LEAP, low FODMAP, candida, GAPs and many others. I am a published recipe developer for national publications and independent healthcare centers such as Delicious Living, Vegetarian Times, JumpstartMD and Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital.
Many years ago I developed health problems that were not acurately diagnosed or treated by the physicians I was referred to. Only when I changed my diet did my health improve - dramatically and swiftly.
Under the guidance of a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I took an extensive food sensitivity test. After analyzing my blood work to identify foods that were optimal for my body, she created an elimination diet that I followed faithfully for three months. My symptoms resolved, and I no longer needed medications for my symptoms.
Because of my personal experience, I have dedicated my work to helping others with food sensitivities, intolerances and allergies. I believe that everyone should be able to enjoy delicious meals, regardless of their dietary needs. My mission is to bring joy, ease and health to everyone I work with.
